Staff were professional and friendly. Would have liked a bottle of water included in the room rate as well as hair conditioner and carpet in room could do with a wet clean but room and bathroom very clean other than that.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Novotel in Les Halles. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and tidy.
Although breakfast was nice and had plenty of selection, just be prepared that whatever time you go down for is that it seemed to be quite chaotic.
But overall we had an enjoyable stay.

We’ve found hairs on bed, but looks like the bed sheet has already been changed. Hotel is under renovation, it blocks some of the window views from outside. No complaints about the location, it is close to Louvre and Notre dame Cathedral

Great location. Good size rooms. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Can’t fault/ decent option as a base to explore Paris
