Clean, great location and very friendly staff.
It can be challenging if you're traveling with big luggage, children, or have reduced mobility. There's a flight of stairs to get to the reception area, and from there there's a small elevator that you can use.

The staff were incredibly nice. Especially Salah, who helped us carry our bags and gave us helpful tips and recommendations.
The room was big and clean and had a renovated bathroom. The staff came to clean every day and did an amazing job.
Great location, very close to a grocery store and to the Louvre.
Great experience.
We will definitely return in the future.
The stairs... Very narrow and steep, not very accessible.
The door to the bathroom doesn't lock, but we didn't mind it much because the door to the hallway did.

Location
Old fashioned rooms. Staircase very dangerous. Needs to be reported to authorities, staff functional but poor relationships. The single room was uncomfortably small
