All Staff (from the conciege, reception, restraurant service, cleaning team, to porters team..etc) was super professional, helpful & nice. Although the building was historic, hotel was very clean and very well renovated. Decoration was extraordinary & luxurious. Location was also excellent. We had an amazing eiffel tower view✨
Since its a historical building, there had been some breakdowns such as our bathroom ceiling came down in the middle of the night and service came to repaire immediately. My parents had difficulty in having water from shower but they managed it after calling the service. They even brought iron and iron table to our room and let us keep it during our stay. So the service we received was great✨
