A little smoky in the casino but a nice place. Rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed. Plenty of things for the entire family to do and a great hot tip for the adults. Casino is nice with mostly good dealers, limits can be high on busy nights. Good restaurant selection. If you’re looking for something g a little classier and nicer than downtown, the family-friendly GSR is a good choice.

Friendly housekeeping staff, not much interaction with hotel staff. Use of elevators is very secure. Instead of calling a hotel dept, just text the number provided-need housekeeping, text. Problem with other hotel guest on your floor-just text (yes, there was an incident on my floor. Next day maintenance was fixing and painting the suite doors)

Checked in at the self check in and it was quick and easy. The registration line was so long because it was Super Bowl wknd so I asked the lady assisting people at the self check in area and she helped me along. It was perfect and she was great. Room was clean a spacious, perfect for me and my husband. The food shops were quick and pretty tasty. Actually used the pool, first time ever in 20+ year’s coming here, and it was perfectly warmed and not crowded. All together a really good trip.

Great location and amenities. They offer service for room cleaning each day which is becoming a rarity with many hotels plus free water. Staff always nice and helpful. I definitely recommend.

Cigarette smell all Over casino. I’m very sensitive to cigarette smoke and found watering eyes, throat congestion and bad smell. Will need to leave my luggage outside to clear smell

Hotel check in was terrible. After waiting in one line for over 20 minutes the line steward said we were in the wrong line. So then go the the main line. After another 35 minutes I’m told I cannot check in even though it under my account and I prepaid in Hotels.com. My only recourse is to contact Expedia. Was very displeased with how far the room was from anything.

Disappointed with how this was advertised on hotels. Claiming the cost and all the fees to stay. I get there tired second hotel of the night booked through Hotels. First one was bad. They got me out of that reservation great but late and tired get to the new place and they charge me an additional resort fee on top of what I paid through hotels. I would have left but at this point I was exhausted. Place is great just felt way over charged an I would have it stayed there at that price.

The room had bed bugs they transfered me to another room and did not have managment reach out and di still got charged for my room. both rooms were not clean one room had bed bugs and hair on the blanket and pillows 2nd room had hair on the bathroom floors and shower and mold on tile and ceiling

Initial impression wasn't good. There is construction fencing around the whole building. We came in from the wrong side and had to go around and park in a side lot. Security gave us a hard time that we didn't have a parking permit (we hadn't even checked in). Decided to do self check in as the line for the front desk was very long. Overall check in process wasn't great.

The check-in process takes forever and our rooms weren’t ready for several hours after the 3:00 pm check in time. The resort is great and the arcade is awesome for kids.

Too noisy, first floor smells like cigarrete and vape. Good for people who likes casino vibe. I you go with kids it compensates with the ice rink, VR games, arcade and atractions in the S1 floor.

Hotel was dirty. My kids found old pizza back of the drawer , chocolate kisses under the bed, and bed sheets and pillow wasn’t clean. Over all had a nice stay. Kid friendly hotel.

The highways were closed so we stayed another night. Our room was on the 2nd level this time. We had a non smoking room since we have 3 kids but the room reeked of cigarettes. The staff must have known of the issue as there was an air purifier on high mode on the desk. The bedside ottomans were really dirty too.
