    I was disappointed with my stay at President, Mumbai – IHCL SeleQtions. The rooms are quite small, and the furniture is very old and outdated. More importantly, the photos displayed on Agoda do not accurately reflect the actual condition and appearance of the rooms, which was quite misleading. Unfortunately, the experience was made worse by the very poor and unprofessional attitude of Mr. Ramanuj, the duty manager at the reception. His manner of dealing with guests was not what I would expect from a hotel associated with the IHCL brand. For a hotel of this category and reputation, I expected a much higher standard of accommodation, hospitality, and customer service. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. The rooms are clearly in need of renovation, and significant improvement is needed in the way guests are handled at the front desk.
