Rooms were very clean Rooms and floors arrangement was very nice No noise/ Nice smell All staff were very helpful and following up your needs Everything was available and good quality so no need to order and wait (like iron) There is a Coffee machine in each room I really like my hotel experience in Mumbai this time

It is very little : The taste of lattes or cappuccino needs improvement Provide Arabic bread and more Arabic food options especially in the breakfast Since there are too many Arabic residence in your hotel, especially GCC people, it would be nice to provide Arabic coffee and dates as a hospitality in the lobby and rooms, as well as provide Arabic language on the signs instructions and directions.

Almost everything except the staff.

Despite the booking being in my name, the reception staff repeatedly addressed me as Mrs. [partner’s last name] even after I corrected them multiple times. They continued to default to my male partner’s name, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. At checkout, despite only one room being booked and the bill being fully paid by me, I was asked if my partner would be paying separately, which was confusing and unnecessary. I also did not receive the invoice at checkout. When requested later, it was issued in my partner’s name and has still not been corrected despite follow-ups for over 10 days. This lack of attention to detail and basic respect significantly impacted an otherwise comfortable stay.
