    It was my dad’s first time visiting San Francisco, and we had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly, welcoming, and always polite throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the subway station, Walgreens, and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We also felt safe both in and around the hotel, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One feature we especially appreciated was the water dispenser, which we used every day. It offered both still and sparkling water, along with a variety of flavored options. While the interior feels a little dated, it didn’t affect our experience at all. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return on our next visit to San Francisco.

    Had a great stay here. Super close to the Powell BART station and very easy to get around. Union Square never felt particularly sketchy aside for the large number of smokers everywhere.

    This is not the first time I’ve stayed here… It’s a decent place, it’s old, but has been upgraded. The rooms are spacious — something you don’t see a whole lot in San Francisco in this price range. Otherwise, quite basic.
