    The staffs in JW are very friendly. We felt very welcome and treated respectfully. Some minor leaking issues need to be improved. The location is good too. Will like to come back here if visit SF again.

    The bathroom was well-maintained and the Wi-Fi worked seamlessly, which made for a comfortable stay. However, parking was a hassle and the breakfast options were disappointing. The location left much to be desired, making it less convenient to explore the area on foot. While the staff was generally helpful, the facilities did not meet expectations, leaving a lot of room for improvement in future visits.

    I experienced no running water on the day of arrival, and the front desk staff didn't offer a solution. I had to escalate the issue to another staff member to be transferred to a different Marriott room. While some staff were very helpful, I didn't expect such inconsistent service from a Bonvoy hotel, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the facilities and location are great. I believe the water issue was an isolated incident, but customer service could definitely be improved.

    I booked this hotel for a night and I love how spacious the rooms are. The views are spectacular. Union square is a walking distance and restaurants are spread throughout the hotel area. The only downside is out bathroom sink was clogged upon checking in, maintenance crew has to come in and took awhile to fix it. Other than that, it was a great stay.
