Location is good and parking spaces are big. There is a swimming pool and small kitchen with stoves in the room.

Great location & lots of parking. The room is a little small and the way to the rooms, depending on which way you go, is convoluted and an adventure so hope you travel light. Big comfortable bed though.

Not happy with our booking. A fuse block that supplies power to the cooking stove in our room blew out of the electrical panel, fell onto the floor and broke into 2 pieces. We've now been to full days without use of this stove. The room has a hole in the wall and uneven floor that dips in spots. A light fixture flickers constantly. The front desk says they cannot offer me any sort of discount or partial refund for our problem because we booked using Agoda and only Agoda can offer us any compensation for the room deficiency. Will Agoda offer me some compensation here? Their answer was " sorry you've experienced problems with your stay. Please contact the property manager for redress" . We'll the property manager ( front desk) told me that we need to contact Agoda about this problem to get any discount. A classic runaround occurring while I have a room with an electrical problem and no working stove in the kitchenette going on 3 days now. The Agoda customer service turned out to be an AI chat bot. $500 a night for a subpar room with a tub that needs resurfacing and a fuse box that should be condemned.
