    Got charged for $500 in hidden fees

    the hotel staff was very rude and unprofessional .The charges are just exorbitant and the resort fee is uncalled for. The way they are treating customers is just pathetic. Similar to us lot of people are being ill informed about the resort fee and club reservation charges. would definately not recommend to any one and would raise a complaint for refund.
