We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. All the staff were really nice & helpful. The hotel was in a great location for us, 20 minute walk from the metro station to the airport and 6 minute walk to the metro station to get into central Madrid. The bed and pillows were comfy so we got some good sleep. The shower was hot and powerful. The room was a bit tired and in need of a little TLC but other that that everything alse was great.

Good sized room. Restaurant food is dry and could be better. Toilet size is great and massive. Some friendly staff and some less welcoming. Good location, quiet and safe.

1/2 way between airport and Madrid city centre. Cost£12 by Uber as arrived after 11pm. Free shuttle bus back.
All the staff were helpful and charming.
Breakfast was good lots of variety.
Hotel situated in quiet residential area with shops and restaurants nearby.
A/C in room worked well. Fridge just stopped working after 4 days only small problem.
Really recommend and will stay again
