It is very well located classy boutique hotel with excellent staff. We got there a little early and couldn’t check in but were given free coffee and water while we waited. All the staff we interacted with (concierge, doormen, restaurant staff, reception) were all very friendly, welcoming, professional and efficient. Fully recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a more special hotel than the large chains.

The overall experience was great. The front desk was super helpful, willing to help us with whatever needed.
The room was cleaned several times a day and we loved it.
The location is amazing and central.
The gym wasn’t great, but that was only it.

Location of the hotel and bar area
We were given an upgraded room but it had an unpleasant smell of drains. Moved to a 2nd room which was like a prison cell - small, dark and dingy. Insisted on a move to another room which was only available from the second day. It was lighter but had no real outlook.
