    Overall our stay was good. The hotel is in a nice location near the Santa Cantarina shopping street. There are many restaurants nearby. The only thing we didn't like was the shower enclosure which is only half made the bathroom floor wet.

    Its a good hotel.. Very centrally located.. all the major tourist spots are just round the corner. Main shopping spot Santa Catarina is one minute walk. Monika really helped us out understanding the city.. Overall very good experience and plus point very good spread of breakfast..

    This hotel is well located, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to most sites of attractions. There are also nearby cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff are really friendly and helpful, with special mention to Daniella at reception. There was a good selection of food for breakfast.

    Within 5-10 minutes of being in the hotel I had housekeeping enter my room without notice while I was naked. How humiliating. Spoke with Rosa the manager about it who explained the practice was relatively normal and that she was “sorry” for the issue. Other staff spoken to were disingenuous and didn’t do much more than laugh under their breaths about this situation. Any world class brand would do more than say “sorry for the inconvenience”. Not only is it embarrassing but it is a security issue. The staff here on a whole are borderline lazy but incredibly apathetic. And they have the audacity to charge like a four star hotel when really the rooms are run down, beds are hard and the common are wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Spend you money elsewhere
