    We didn’t receive any information from hotel for our online check in, we message Agoda for assistance, unfortunately they can’t contact hotel, we ask one of the staff she doesn’t know how to speak English, we waited for an hour plus, finally we get assistance from the traveler who was arriving and we seek help, they help us to contact hotel staff, then we finally get the link..the location is trouble as hotel located in up and low hill.. really feel bad for this stay

    We did like the place, especially the location. However we need to warn other guests to ensure that they do have an access code. We had a short panic when we found out that no reception desk was operating. Fortunately the telephone operator assisted promptly

    AI is not a replacemnt for humans - every event has a differnet code even getting the code involved mutiple battels with a chatbot and finaly calling the receptuom - hinestly the worst checkin and check out i have had. In a country where wages are small emply people !! Not a chat bot that cant answer a single question!!!
