I was born with polio in both legs and had surgery on my right shoulder the day i reserved the room. I paid 2 weeks in advance. Supposed to have wheelchair accessible. And when i got there. No wheelchair accessible because they are rebuilding the rooms for wheelchair as the front desk lady said. I asked for a refund because i really needed wheelchair access. But they just told me NOOOO NO MONEY BACK. I had to stay 2 full weeks no shower. Had ability to go to have breakfast only once in the two full weeks
And thanks to Martita. The breakfast lady. Polio in both leggs and surgery on my right shoulder Means i slept sitting in bed on pain for the two weeks and with only left hand available for just drink water. Couldn't shower or move right my wheelchair cause no disability access. :_( i get my income every month from Social security. And is hiw i saved and paid my stay for the two weeks. Cause where i live. Which is less than 35 mins away. I have no wheelchair accessibility.

Place needs work. Front desk insists on things that are not true and the breakfast is absolute worst I have had as a hot breakfast. I told them and they insist it is great.
