I've seen some of the "negative" comments but don't understand why. My room was large, especially for one person and seemed updated. The only little thing I would say is that the bathroom fixtures need updating more from age. The housekeeping was great so the room was always cleaned.
The main reason for my choice of this hotel, was it's proximity to the Santagiula arena where I went for Olympic hockey. A 15 minute walk that avoided the crowds of people waiting for transportation.

The room was clean and the staff were extremely helpful even when we ran into them outside of the hotel.

Very nice hotel. I was not aware of the location so be sure to check out your airport as there are 3 in Milan. Excellent stay in room and accommodations very nice. May need a wider variety of menu. There are not a lot of restaurants close and the hotel one is expensive. Bed was super comfy.
