Pretty muck clean. Tub had shampoo drips,edges and corners of bathroom floor needed better cleaning. Breakfast was good. We got there at 1:30 after driving straight from Las Vegas and your clerk wanted $25 more to check in before 2:00. We had an accessible room and have 2 recent knee replacements. Won’t stay there again.

Shout out to the front desk staff. They were friendly, happy, helpful and professional. It was my wifes birthday and they reveled in delivering baloons to her from the front desk. They also helped me with a refund after the pool table ate my quarters. The breakfast staff were on it, cleaning and resupplying a great breakfast. My room was just okay, smelling a bit damp and stale. Dont judge a book by it's cover. This place has good bones and the staff are doing a great job with what they have.

Probably one of the rudest front desk staff. I came in and stood there for at least 4-5 minutes before I was even acknowledged and that is being generous. I have to say this was a first . The two employees went on with their conversation as if I wasn't even present. Finally one of them said " hi,sorry we will be with you in a minute" and they resumed where they left off for about another 2 minutes or so before she asked me for my id. If aI had not been so tired of driving I would have walked out and not even cared about not getting my money back. So just a fyi. It means a lot to the customer to at least be acknowledged when they come in. A quick hello, I will be with you in a moment would have been appropriate. Maybe they need some education on proper manners. Sometimes common sense just isn't present. Otherwise the stay was fine. Hotel is a bit dated but you get what you pay for, most of the time.

The Clarion room was clean and comfortable with decor and furniture that was a little worn and dated. We really appreciate the pet friendly hotel for our dogs. The staff was very friendly. We would stay here again.

This place was run down. It's in terrible condition. Nothing like the pictures at all. The shower curtain was hanging by a thread. The wallpaper was pealing off the walls. We were afraid to walk on the carpet because we weren't sure how clean, or filthy, it was.

It was ok. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. Had no cushion or give. The toilet was too low to the ground with no safety bars to hold on to. There were ANTS climbing all over my Mom!!! The internet:Wi-Fi was terrible and the TV pixelizes all the time. The connection would be unreliable. The one impressive item was the Continental Breakfast. It was nice, clean and good variety.

We paid almost $300 for a disgusting room. We were put on the 2nd floor. The elevator didn't work. Then put on 1st floor. The room or breakfast was not worth $300. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

We've stayed in this hotel before, and it has certainly slipped into disrepair. We are also very unhappy about the parking fee now charged. Rediculous to charge a parking fee in this hotel when there is free parking all around the area.

Hot tub was really small. Pool did not seem heated. Bed was uncomfortable. I really disliked the small bathroom and very low to the floor toilet. The breakfast wasnt very goid. I wont stay there again.

I picked this hotel because the outdoor pool was highly rated. Upon arrival I learned the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance, it turns out it hasn’t been in operation for a long time. Property is old and poorly maintained. Price for one night including tax $190.00. What a joke. Could have stayed at a much newer, nicer and cleaner hotel nearby for less. Avoid this hotel.

It was relatively clean and in decent condition. However, the beds were pretty uncomfortable (too hard). The front desk staff was kind of rude and acted like you were an annoyance if you requested anything (i.e., extra towels, asking if there was coffee available, etc.)

We enjoyed our stay at the Clarion in Grand Junction. The rooms are clean and spacious, pool area inside and outside accommodating all types of weather and their complimentary breakfast has something for all tastes and appetites.

This was our first time visiting Grand Junction and i will say this hotel was very great actually! Its very quiet and very spacious. The pool tables and indoor pool looked amazing! Unfortunately i didnt have time to enjoy them. Breakfast options are god as well. Staff at front desk are very fast to help you check in or out as well as when we needed other things!
