Clean nice sized room with separate bedroom and a ceiling fan. Great breakfast. Great little outside area. Only complaint is the toilet barely flushes and we were on the main floor so if someone is above you, you hear it.

The price was good. A little tricky getting to place. You have to drive thru a strip mall parking lot. The suite was large, clean and complete kitchen items. My room was 102 and I could hear everything from above me. Every step heard was very annoying. Noisiest room I’ve ever been in. I will ask for higher floor next time.

Very convenient. This is an older hotel but nicely refurbished.There was a shopping center with a Safeway, comfortable bed, room was immaculate, great breakfast selection, free easy parking and a short drive to Pearl Street.

Everything was great. The only complaint I had was that the beds were a little small. And I did wish they had an indoor pool.

My stay started off great. I had an easy check in, had a little difficulty finding my room, but once I did, I put the do not disturb on the door and went straight to bed. Woke up someone's hair on my face, which happened a few times. I had a spare blanket in the trunk, so I slept on that. Room looked nice if you don't have expectations My room was a 3 on 1-5 cleanliness. Shower sucked. Sofa very comfortable for my tall frame, but the fabric was really worn down. Finally, I do not like people/crew coming into my space while I am there, outside of an emergency. I put the do not disturb sign on my door, and no one ever came into the room I rented. I really appreciated that. I did not partake of any of the buffets that were offered. Courtesy parking was greatly appreciated. Excellent location and access to highway. Would I stay there again? Probably, but I would choose to stay in a larger suite, on the West side of the property.

Convenient location being next to a shopping center that has a large grocery store and several restaurants all within walking distance. The hotel is a bit older and the bathrooms could really use an upgrade. They were clean but also tiny. The room and living room size of the space was perfect for the two of us and we liked having a kitchenette. The pool area is tiny but nice. Overall the hotel was nice and convenient with the nearby shopping center.

breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. room design was practically perfect. what could have improved this? a door between the sleeping area and the bathroom sink. I like to brush my teeth in the morning and my husband likes to sleep in. I used the kitchen sink.

The rooms were spacious, more like a 1 bedroom condo than a hotel room. It had a living room and a separate bedroom and it had a full kitchen complete with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, pots and pans, and dishes. The continental breakfast also had hot food which was nice. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites in Boulder. The location is great with a supermarket and food options right behind the hotel. We loved having a full kitchen and the ability to store groceries and make lunches to take for our full days of hiking and exploring. Pearl Street and Chautauqua Park are within 10-12 minutes away so the location was very convenient to everything in Boulder. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very helpful with anything we needed. We also used the grill by the pool and they supplied us with grill utensils. Overall we loved the location and setup of the hotel and would recommend it to others and would return if we visit Boulder again.
