The location was good. The pool was nice.
Miscommunication and my room was not touched for 3 days. I requested towels and toilet paper. I got towels. Had to use Kleenex to use the restroom. Thankful for the Kleenex I suppose. Also, 4 charges to my room. But I had one bottled beverage. Weird

Loved the breakfast, it was delightful. Loved all the extra touches; cookies in the evening, hot tea, etc.
Water pressure in our room wasn't the best.

We used two bank cards and were charged the full amount of the booking twice (approx $2500 Aud) - this was held for about 12 days. Getting in touch with the hotel was shocking. Really difficult and the staff were not helpful. Really made our stay disappointing.
