Really cute property. Loved the activity space with the rock climbing walls. Walking distance to campus and even Pearle street if you are up for a slightly longer walk. Staff was super friendly. Be sure to hit up Snarfburger next door.
Although the ice chests are a cute touch and on theme, just be aware there are no refrigerators in the rooms. However, Jon was amazing and stored our meds in the bar area for us.

Loved the location
Didn’t like the hours of check in. Leaving red rocks late and had to coordinate getting key from a lock box

The hotel is nice and well located (in a nice area, close to the center and the bus stop to/from Denver Airport). The staff is very collaborative
My door lock broke three times in four days; fortunately, the staff was always very helpful. After two days, the housekeeper told me that I should not expect any room service. I had to explicitly ask at the front desk to have my room cleaned on the last day before my departure. Overall, the price was definitely too high for the quality provided.

The rooms very congested, bathrooms very not well kept with issues of sink drainage and shower.
