Nice location, comfortable bed, great shower soaps, and two excellent large chocolate chip cookies left in the room at beginning of the stay.

Great location for visiting CU. Nicely appointed room, very comfortable and peaceful.

Location, location, location!

The location was great! Easy to walk to Pearl Street, the Boulder Art Museum, Dushanbe Tea House and the Boulder Creek path. A grocery store was also about 15 minutes away. The area was quiet at night and the room was clean and comfortable and roomier than most guest houses. We did not drive but for those that do having the parking right behind the building is a plus.

I'm a morning coffee drinker so would have liked freshly brewed coffee available in the little "honor room" breakfast area vs. the powdered coffee provided in our room. But there was a cute little coffee diner about a 5-minute walk around the corner. Also the bathroom shower curtain was old and too long. It sits in the water so it never fully dries and smells moldy. The shower could also use a grab bar as the tub floor was a little slippery.

Lovely place to stay!

It’s less than a mile from Pearl St and an easy walk to so many restaurants and venues. Very clean, comfortable bed, well kept, peaceful vibes. If you are into meditation they have scheduled times to meet in the morning & evenings. Very comfortable! Would stay here again.

terrible experience

the orientation just where the property is and the parking is extremey poor. we found ourselves stuck in a parking lot with difficulty getting out. When we finally found the property the combination to the door didnt work and we couldnt get in. we had to call the service number numerous times related to finding the property and getting in. Overall a horrible experience. the room was just a little dump . Ill never go back or recommend this rental group to anyone!!

We had a great stay. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast and snacks were great and we appreciated having access to a fridge.

One of the windows didn't have a screen so we had to use the air conditioner instead of having the window open.

Nice but limited breakfast. Nice, convenient quiet location.

No staff. No bed making or even trash collection. Someone showed us how to get in and that was it for four days. So, really more like an Airbnb than a hotel or guest house, which wasn’t clear in advance.

I expected a dining area with a table. There was only standing room and I had to take my bowl of cereal back to my room. Only granola was offered. There was a good choice of yogurt, however. There was a bowl of fruit, but the bananas were over ripe.

It was exceptionally clean. And the neighborhood is quiet. A great location for CU and for downtown Boulder. Could walk to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and trails. The bed was very comfortable. Awesome shower with great quality full sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion which is a nice touch.

The 'breakfast' wasn't actually breakfast. The only think I could eat was a banana. I don't think advertising free breakfast is accurate. It is nice to have tea and water and fruit available but free breakfast is a stretch

The Guest House is super convenient, super clean, and super comfortable. Our room was small but adequate for the two of us, and it was well appointed.

We had a bit of difficulty with the heating and cooling, but it was quickly resolved with the assistance of the property manager. Breakfast was meager, especially on cold mornings when something hot would have hit the spot.

We loved our stay at the Boulder Guest House! It was cozy and gave us a true Boulder experience.

I thought the breakfast was perfect! I especially loved the pour-over coffee and the granola. My daughter and I also loved the white noise maker. The space was cozy and comfortable. I have already recommended The Bolder Guest House to friends.

It was a bit too warm for me during the night, but fine. Also, the heater made a loud clicking noise in the night, but was fine other than that.
