    We stayed 2 nights at the hotel, the room is considered big and clean. But the lifts are upgrading, only 1 lift is available so waiting time for the lift is longer. We get extended to late check out but was informed the water in the rooms and hotel are not available from 10 to 2pm, the staff extended another half an hour for us so we can refresh before checkout which is nice. Overall, recommend this hotel if you’re planning to stay in Perth city.

    Older hotel located in CBD. Great location to walk to everything. Currently one lift is out of order which meant travelling up and down to your room and reception was slow. Concierge was very knowledgeable and provided great options

    The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines, including Western, Japanese, and Chinese food. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Lucy at the front desk was especially helpful and clearly explained the check-in process, making everything smooth and easy for us. Catherine, who took care of our room, was also excellent at her job. She kept our room clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout our stay. We truly appreciated their excellent service and attention to detail. One area that could be improved is the lift service. It would be great if all the lifts were operational, as the entire hotel building was sharing just one working lift during our stay. This resulted in quite a long waiting time, especially during busy periods. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay, and the friendly and helpful staff made the experience even better. We would be happy to stay here again!

    Before I checked in, I had bought 1 cake which I left on the counter during check-in. However, when I reached the room I realised that I forgot the cake at the counter. So I called the receptionist and told them to keep the cake for me and they told me that they would call me back 5 minutes later. However, when I went down, the cake wasn’t there and when I asked one of the staff, he ignored me but his accent was so bad that I couldn’t understand him. How could you even put someone at the front desk with such an awful accent.
