Staff were all friendly and helpful. Chris the bartender was amazing.

My room had an inner balcony and the hotel was just lovely. Huge lobby, connected coffee shop and restaurant. Just one block from Fountain Square.

It was okay for a one-night stay. Broadly, it felt outdated. The room was unremarkable and bathroom a bit dingy but the main spaces were decent. Bagel sandwiches at the cafe were the highlight!

This was one of the best hotels in Downtown Cincinnati I have stayed at. The hotel is a bit dated and the room needed some repairs but there were tile floors vs carpet, they kept it clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice stay

I questioned the onsite parking reference on the Expedia site. It indicated that you could self park but there were height limitations. As in, IF your vehicle was not a truck! I inquired and was told there was not and never had been onsite parking. It was valet ($42.00) only. Other guests were asking the same question. I asked about a refund for the valet and was told the manager was the only one to approve refunds and they were unreachable untill Monday. While I and other customers were waiting to check in, a staff member kept repeatedly making us wait because another employee was trying to process a room charge for a customer in the bar that kept declining. Bad service and misleading parking information!

The staff was wonderful. The location was convenient to all of our activities. Rooms were spacious, and clean. Highly recommend.

I would give this hotel a solid 4 stars, however, the street noise was so loud it was like having the windows open. 9:00 am it sounded like a a crane dropping a steel beam outside our window.

The tub had hair in it. Not hair on your head but the type of hair you get downwards.

Great experience

Upgraded to a premium room at no cost and without request, which was appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk manager sent me a text the day after check in to make sure everything was going well and to ask if we needed anything. I love the location in central downtown near virtually everything you'll need. I'm sure we'll be back again in our next visit to Cincinnati.

Customer service from onsite staff was the best this hotel had to offer. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel could use a maintenance overhaul. The rooms were very much showing their age with beat up floors, stained furniture, chipped and worn down paint. The cleanliness was not great, noticeable dust in corners of the room and places the top of the toilet paper holder (which was also falling off the wall). Hotel lobby, bar, and coffee shop are nice. Location is great, however, the abandoned building next door is being worked on so construction work begins at 6am! Nice and noisy! I wouldn't expect it to be super quiet given that it's in the heart of downtown, but the construction definitely makes it unpleasant.

It’s very average. The ceilings and floors are pretty thin, it’s an older building so it was very easy to hear the people above us at all hours. The HVAC vent in our room dripped water right where you had to stand to use the mirror in the powder room. The Toilet was not leveled/properly sealed so everytime you sat down it tilted and made a loud noise. It’s just not what I expected given the luxurious photos posted and upscale feel that’s presented. If this was a holiday inn express or something I wouldn’t complain but this was supposed to be nicer than that. The staff was friendly and it is in walking distance to several restaurants and bars. But be advised that they are demolishing a huge building right beside the hotel so if you’re trying to sleep in late you will be woken up by the noise.

Our room was huge! 2 king beds, more like a suite. Convenient snacks downstairs and great breakfast/coffee place. Very pleasant staff. The walk to TQL was a bit longer than we expected though. Had to Uber.

Nice Hotel to spend the nights in a very accessible location. Great staff.

Hotel was neat looking. Staff was great. Cleanliness was average. Bed was very hard. Lots of noise around as they are doing construction on building across street. Overall, if a lower price, I would consider staying here again.

Old & outdated..sheets weren’t clean so the put us in a suite with the whirlpool & those sheets weren’t clean either, the whirlpool also didn’t work.

Outdated, overpriced. We had an issue, and the Manager was supposed to reach out. They never did. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this hotel experience was less than satisfactory.

Sticky floors inside room. Hot water barely worked. Star wasn’t very helpful when asking about places in the area. Lots of homeless people.

Amazing service, friendly/accommodating staff, nicely furnished/clean room, easy/convenient parking. We will continue to recommend to friends and family and we will be back.

Excellent property. The only negative comment is the lack of in house dining facilities.

Loved the property. Maybe a 5 minute walk from where I needed to go. I called the front desk for someone to help zip up my dress and she came quick! They only offer valet parking though. Had great mocktails as well and the chicken sandwich was fire. I’d stay there again.
