We went to the hotel from exterior the reception and the lobby was very impressive and beautiful when we went to the room it was of the worst room in my hole one month trip bed was broken side tables were all damaged mattress from the Center all squeezed to the bottom pillows were like used more then 20 years old the bath was really bad all curtains were dirty we couldn’t sleep that night in that room please don’t visit that hotel

The hotel is okay for a short stay. The staff is nice and helpful. The lobby area is nice. The room is a bit old and needs to be upgraded. There is no Netflix or internet streaming :(

Spacious room with all the usual ammenities. Hairdryer, coffee maker & mini fridge. Bathroom was recently renovated so it was soo clean. Towels were nice and soft. Location is very near restaurants and stores for shopping!

Had just stayed at a Hyatt Regency in another city the week prior so was excited to experience another stay at a different location. This location, however, did not live up to the Hyatt Regency standard that I had just experienced. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room on the very bottom floor. Once I made it down to that level to go to the room, there were caterpillars, centipedes and other bugs all over the floor in the hallway. Myself and another family immediately went back upstairs to try to get reassigned different rooms. Upon notifying the staff of the infestation on that level, I was then reassigned to a room with only one bed when I had originally booked a room with two beds. For the cost of the day, I was not pleased with pretty much anything about this location.
