Très bien situé, proche de la gare Saint-Charles et des transports, le personnel de l'établissement était très sympathique. Madame Latifa en particulier, qui a même porté ma valise jusqu'au 4ème étage parce que j'avais un souci de santé et que je marchais avec une canne.

I lived on the third floor and had a very big, priceworthy room considering that's South of France in July + very good location near central station and city centre and not that far from beach as well. 2 big malls just some minutes walk away. Staff were very friendly and serviceminded and spoke several languages with their guests.
Bed sounds a lot. Should be fixed. I read warnings about the hotel regarding cockroaches and ants. It's not that bad though. I have some experience of Marseille and the whole city has that problem and I only found two small oriental (the "kind" type of cockroaches) in the bathroom second day and the problem is easy solved by letting the bathroom light be on.
