The appartment was clean, large and it had everything we needed.
The location was near the Colli Albani metro station which was very convenient. The neighborhood is OK for short walks and there are some cafés and restaurants nearby. There is a café with a very friendly owner directly in the house where the apartment is located.
The facilities of the apartment were dated. For example the shower head or window blinds in one room were partially broken. On the other hand this was nothing major.

L’appartamento si trova in una zona carina ed è a due passi dalla metro
Tanta tanta polvere, struttura datata. Dalle foto sembra messa molto bene, ma poi entrando ci si accorge di stare in una casa molto trascurata. Mancavano alcuni beni di prima necessità. La cucina era a disposizione, ma sprovvista anche qui di tante cose, altre invece erano così sporche da non essere utilizzabili.

The fact that it was next to the metro and bus. It had all the necessary things in the kitchen to make food or coffee.
Shower is so old and awkward. No living room area
