I am surprised by the price and the issues mentioned above.

The location was good

No sign in the building indicating that it belongs to Zum Studio! only on the door of the room? No information about garbage disposal! For seven days the towels and sheets were never changed The internet almost did not work at all No one was in the premises to help only via whatsap

Not a recommended apartment for booking.

New apartment with kitchen and shared swimming pool.

Unprofessional and completely dishonest owner. Even though we spoke before our arrival, he hid from us that the apartment does not have active WI FI internet and TV connection with the antenna. Also, the signal on our mobile phones was very poor and our mobile phone internet did not receive a signal either. When I spoke to the owner and mentioned the above problems, he justified himself by saying that he pays the internet company and that from there on it is not his problem. Also, regarding the fact that the TV does not receive a single digital channel, he told us that not all the owners agreed to install a shared antenna and that is why it does not receive any channels.and the tv cable is missing. These specific services are given on the booking site for this specific apartment and we paid for them. Also, during our 5 nights in the apartment, they didn't change our sheets, towels and pillowcases even once, while in the exact same apartments next door of another owner (Flaneur) they changed them every 3 days.. (in the apartment they only had one toilet paper and a couple of towels, sheets and pillowcases for each of us) Also, the location of the apartment is quite far from the shops of Kallithea and you will have to go with your car every time you want to buy something. The kitchen only includes the essentials and you will need extra equipment to cook anything. e.g. there is no colander for pasta, a kettle to heat milk, etc. I do not recommend it for family holidays in Kallithea and I would certainly never book it in the future.

Všeč nam je bila lokacija in bazen

Ni nam bilo všeč da se brisače menjavajo samo na 5 dni. Da so slabo izolirane stene in se dejansko sliši vse kaj se pogovarjajo levo in desno. Slaba izkušnja z protivlomnimi vhodnimi vrati kajti na vhodnih vratih ni kljuke in imaš samo en ključ kaj pomeni da če pozabiš ključ v sobi in se zakleneš v sobo moraš klicat lastnika on pokliče ključavničara in strošek je 80€,ki smo ga morali plačat sami. Mi smo bivali kar 16noči in skoraj vsaka stranka v kompleksu je plačala enkrat kljucavnicarja mi smo potem ključ pustili zunaj kr v vratih,da se nebi ponovil strošek.
