The accommodation was clean, comfortable and ideal for four people. It has two separate bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living room with a kitchen and dining area, which makes it very convenient for a family or two couples. The property consists of two separate ground-floor units, and even when both are occupied at the same time, there is no significant disturbance or lack of privacy. One of the best features is the private swimming pool located behind the property. It is well maintained and offers a great premium option for relaxing when you don't feel like going to the beach. The biggest advantage of the location is its proximity to Sahara Beach, which is only about a 5-minute drive away. The beach is well organised and has everything you need for a full day by the sea. This is probably the best thing about staying here and in Nea Iraklia in general, as you can enjoy beautiful beaches without having to travel long distances every day.

There are, however, a few things that could be improved. The property is located on a small street away from the centre and quite far from the sea. The surrounding streets and neighbourhood are somewhat less maintained, which takes away from the otherwise nice impression of the new property. There is no private parking, so the car has to be parked on the street. Parking is not particularly organised, and you need to be careful not to block someone's gate. The property itself is new, with new furniture and equipment, but the kitchen could be better equipped with basic essentials such as salt, sugar, oil and spices. We had to purchase these ourselves. We also had to buy additional toilet paper and liquid soap, as these supplies were not replenished during our stay. One small but funny detail: the grass in the yard is beautiful, green and well maintained, but it would be helpful to have a notice indicating when the sprinklers are activated. Otherwise, you may unexpectedly get a shower while approaching the house. 😊

Betten

The house is just a few steps from Nea Iraklias center away and has everything our family needed. The shared pool in den backyard is quite big and also good for children with the steps. We will come back for sure when we are there for vacation!
