It was only a month old so everything was new and clean. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were quiet, even the one by the elevators.
My liquid soap dispenser ran out just as I took my last shower so it had been neglected for a while. They only provided one roll of TP with no backup nearby. Breakfast was sparse. One container with bacon and also egg frittatas. That was it for hot food. Cold cereal, yogurt, breads, apples had run out early, and juice. Room AC could only be kept between 68 to 74 degrees.

Chaotic at late check in, but we must compliment George at front desk. There was a not too happy group in front of us, but George handled everyone with professionalism and grace. Keep up the good work and definitely keep the great staff!
