This property was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay at this hotel.

Staff was fabulous, only thing I was unhappy with was that we couldn’t get hot water in the shower. I’m not sure if it’s the cold weather and being on the 17th floor, however it never got over lukewarm in the shower and the sink was always straight up cold.

Perfect place if you attend a convention, the hotel is right next to the convention center, very convenient, staff is great and rooms are clean.

Breakfast was excellent. Mo who was working his second day and Christine took great care of us. We are big coffee drinkers and we never had to ask for refills. They anticipated everything.
Gretchen at the front desk is an exceptional welcoming person to your establishment. She went above and beyond to make everything comfortable for us. We had a challenging morning and from the time we walked in to check in, Gretchen had us relaxed and ready to start our weekend away.
