    We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a concert. The venue was a bit far away. But not too bad. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Noon check out was much appreciated!

    The best part was NOTHING. The hotel has gone downhill. The garage was being renovated. No handicap spaces available. Not accessible. I specifically called and asked before coming and was told I would be accommodated. NOPE The front desk clerk was mediocre. The bathroom was small/tight. The soap had a strong fragrance. The TV kept going out. A baby spider crawled across the bed. The fitted sheets didn’t fit. The A/C fan was stuck in high, it stayed on all night. If I turned the control off the room was too hot. The refrigerator didn’t get cold. Massive renovation and updates needed, including the rugs, vacuuming pushes dirt and dander down, unless a hepa filter is used. NOPE
