Location and size of the room.
The gave me a smoking room and it was disgusting 🤢, when I claim in the front desk, the guy told me that that was the only one available and I told him that we have a problem then because my reservation said NO Smoking 🚭, magically it was 1 room available and he given to me. Nothing special, little noisy and the housekeeping knocked my door when I was sleeping saying that I have to check out, she rectified in her paper the mistake. But my sleeping after a long night of work was interrupted 🤬
