Modern Resort Condo - Pools, Courts & Scenic Views

When we arrived there was leftover laundry (sheets/towels) in the washer (wet) and dryer from the cleaners which we took care of. The second bedroom was quite warm....a/c did not seem to work in that room....rest of the condo was nicely cool. several lightbulbs were burned out, so we had to decide what lamps we needed. Almost ran out of toilet paper! The second bedroom closet (and half the drawers in the armoire) was full of towels, sheets,etc.; I would suggest at least put some shelving in there to accomodate these things more neatly. Despite these drawbacks, we really liked the place!

Great location, secluded yet convenient to amenities in city. Easy to get to Interstate to get to Zion, Bryce, and other sites in southern Utah. Unit had all the updated conveniences one needs, and had a beuatiful view. Good communication and response from host when I needed things, like a new propane tank.

The Las Palmas Resort is our favorite in St. George because of the indoor pool as well as outdoor pools, and this is the best 2BR, 2 bath condo we've ever found there. The top level had terrific views and was extra quiet. The kitchen had up to date appliances, and everything was clean and nice. The living and dining areas were spacious and the gas fireplace was an unexpected bonus. It was also a great value. We had booked a stay there in October that we had to cancel because of a hospitalization, and the owners were extremely kind and refunded our money. So we were extra glad that we finally got to enjoy their wonderful condo in December.
