-No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises. Violation of this house rule will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any extra cleaning fees required to remove smoke odors or residue
-No food is allowed in the living room.
-Pets are strictly not allowed
-Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
-The complex requires a community pool key to access the pool. A pool key is provided inside the home for guest use. Please make sure to return the key to the home after use. Lost pool keys are subject to a $150 replacement charge.
-Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 8 guests
-Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
-A $500 refundable credit card hold or a $35 non‑refundable damage waiver is required before check‑in.
