Entertain your family and friends with room to relax in this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath 1750 square foot Las Palmas condo. Enjoy the tastefully decorated, spacious living area and kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, and walk-out patio/yard that opens up to a seriously gorgeous view.
The kitchen has everything including a coffee maker, blender, a small crock pot, popcorn popper, hand mixer, a griddle, microwave, and ice/water dispenser. The dining table seats 6 and it can expand to seat 10 plus 3 more at the bar.
Fully furnished, washer & dryer, free wi-fi with high-speed internet, baby crib, high chair, extra bedding, private patio with porch swing and BBQ. The master has a king bed, jetted tub, and private entrance to the patio and flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, desk, and flatscreen Tv. Bedroom 3 sleeps 3 with a queen and twin bed. There are four sleeping pads for extra sleepers.
For Entertainment.... Soak and play in one of 6 pools (including Club House pools & splash pad) hot tubs and play areas, pickle ball, volleyball, ping pong, and weight room. Visit Zion's Canyon, Snow Canyon, and Tuacahn Theater which are all just are a short driving distance. Enjoy some of the best mountain biking trails that start near the condo. Take a walk on the Las Palmas walking trails and enjoy the beautiful grounds plentiful with mature Palm Trees. Relax with a movie on the 65" smart TV with Netflix and Amazon. We had an amazing 6-night stay at this property. The Condo was well-kept and in a great, location on the property. The stunning views off the outdoor patio made for a memorable vacation experience. We enjoyed the great pools and the peace and quiet, especially during the middle part of the week. Will be back again.

Address didn’t have house number on it. The door lock was very difficult and annoying to lock and unlock. Anya were on the dining table, living room TV was really slow and almost unusable - we had to download an app and screen mirror from our phone for movies.The pool services were limited. One pool was out of service completely because a bathroom was being repaired. The main pool with the water slides hot tubs were out of service or an unknown reason, then the 2nd day the entire indoor (lap pool) and hot tubs were closed “until further notice”.It was a nice place, but feel like we paid too much to have multiple amenities just unavailable, simple things like address numbers not correctly stated on Vrbo site(had to call host who said this is the 2nd time it’s happened to someone - not the Host’s fault), door lock that seemed very old, clunky and hard to work, tv not working properly, and ants in the house.
