This newly remodeled St. George retreat is the perfect fit for small or large groups seeking a relaxing place to enjoy a little piece of paradise.
Our generous-sized 4 bedroom 2 bath suite is fully equipped with everything you could need for a great vacation. With over 1000 square ft of space, you can bring the whole family and still have room to enjoy one another.
We have truly tried to make this property a "home away from home". When you're tired of eating out at some of the great restaurants just minutes from the resort, you can dive into the BBQ located on the back porch. For longer stays, laundry machines are available in the unit to keep you clean and feeling good. (Located in building 4)
The Las Palmas resort offers great amenities free to all who book through us. Enjoy:

*The Las Palmas Resort pool hours differ depending on the season. Spring/Summer are from 9AM-8:45PM. Winter (Nov 30th+) are from 9AM-6PM. The two outside hot tubs stay open till 10PM. (Holidays may affect these hours)
While the resort is a great highlight, this location is perfect for anyone coming to enjoy the great beauties of Southern Utah.

#1 Bathroom- Full bathroom (Tub and Shower Combo)
#2 Bathroom- Private bathroom attached to king bedroom (Tub and Shower Combo)

Things to Note:
*We do not provide propane for the BBQ but often there are some left over from previous guests
*We do not provide coffee or coffee filters but there are often some left over from previous guests
*We do not provide a working ice maker
*We are also a non-smoking property. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in the resort. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in immediate termination and fees of up to $450.
*Please let us know if there is anything during your stay that is broken or not working properly. We are unable to know what is and isn't working without your voice. Thank you!
*We provide 8 pool towels. If used, we ask that you wash and dry them before departure. Any missing towels result in a $35 fee per missing towel.
*Our nightly price is good for up to 12 people. Any amount over that (Even if they are visiting in the day) is an extra $25 per person, per day. Just let us know!
