Bedroom 3: Queen Bunk Beds with Trundle
Bedroom 4: King Bed
Bathroom 1: Full bath (tub/shower combo)
Bathroom 2: Private full bath attached to king bedroom (tub/shower combo)
Our nightly rate includes up to 12 guests.
HELPFUL THINGS TO NOTE:
-Propane is not provided for the BBQ (often leftover from prior guests).
-Coffee and filters are not provided.
-The ice maker is not operational.
-This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property throughout the resort. Violations may result in immediate termination of stay and fees up to $450.
-We provide 8 pool towels. If used, please wash and dry before departure. Missing towels are $35 each.
-Guests over 12 (including daytime visitors) are $25 per person, per day.
-If anything during your stay needs attention, please let us know right away. We want your experience to be exceptional and can only fix what we’re aware of.

Awesome property. Fit our family perfectly and the host was great. We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and then on our return home. It was perfect

Bedding is stained, needs some deep cleaning like in the corners and such. Need a hot tub at the big main pool with the slides. The chairs/loungers at the pool are not comfortable at all and some are broken. The blinds are terrible in the bedrooms and many are broken, they don’t keep the light out at all.
