We stayed in apartment 2, which appears very different from apartment 1. We liked the big living/dining room, and new kitchen. But we found the bedroom a bit awkward with a separate room for a wardrobe, and a very small ensuite. It was good that there was another toilet off the entrance hall. A real plus was how quiet the apartment was, because it was in a yard behind another building.
Maybe it was just us, but we couldn't get the coffee machine, tv, dining room roller shutters, or bathroom fan to work. The ensuite had a bad smell if the window was left closed.
