Apartments S&A

La ubicación es excelente. Zagreb se hace toda a pie y este apartamento está situado en un lugar perfecto. Además de restaurantes y bares, hay un supermercado dentro de un complejo de tiendas a cinco minutos del apartamento. Nos volveríamos a quedar aquí sin duda. Estaba limpio,. perfectamente equipado y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue sencilla.

Se oía bastante a los de al lado. No sabemos si eran los del bar o qué , pero si eres una persona sensible al ruido,. podría ser molesto.

We loved everything. It’s a great big space for a very good price. The PERFECT location for site seeing and a few steps to all the bars and restaurants. A very comfy and Homely feel. Cold water and milk waiting for us in the fridge was a great touch. Me and my partner did not want to leave. Would recommend to all my friends for sure.

L’appartement est situé au dessus d’un bar, la musique soir nuit et matin nous a gênée .

The property is in the perfect location- old city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The host provided some really great tips on where to eat and things to do. Host was very helpful. After the 1st night, I felt very safe in the area. Loved the location because of the rage of restaurants and sights within a 1-2minute stroll. Loved that this was a pedestrian only area- no cars/traffic to deal with. 5minute walk to Spectacular Christmas markets.

The building the apartment is located in looks derelict and extremely run down from the outside. Access to the apartment was at the back- up wooden stairs- and could be quite overwhelming at night as it may seem like a "dodgy" area/ apartment block. For a female alone- the appearance of the apartment block and the surrounding area would have been threatening/daunting. The neighbours feed wild cats next to the apartment. Whilst it advertises 2 beds, we did not receive bedding or pillows for the sleeper couch- neither were extra pillows or blankest provided. This was a problem as the heating system was on a timer and it was cold at night. The aircon/ heater stopped working after the 1st day. Coffee/tea could have been provided- especially for the 1st morning. Information on accessing the room should have been made available a few days before on booking.com- to take into account issues/problems accessing internet, etc. Accessing - as this is a pedestrian only area, taxis cannot drive there so we had a long walk with our luggage. Hosts could advise guests to use "71" / the street above as the address as this is a little further up and taxis/ubers can access this area.
