Excellent location!
The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good as well.. nothing major to comment on.
The check‑in is at 4pm. After arriving past 4pm, the room was still not ready. They rushed to prepare it for me, but because of the rush, they missed checking and cleaning what was left by the previous guest.
I found a bottle of Coke in the chiller, and the floor had not been vacuumed or mopped.

Nice host and great location in the city center
Good looking apartment
Huge problem with the water drain in the bathroom (smells really bad... Not very glad to shower with bad toilets smells)
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a direct window on the street, at night the light above this window doesn't turn off and the curtains are very thin.. it's a bit weird sleeping while having the impression people in the street are watching you..
