Clean and tidy,

It was very chaotic when I was about to check in because I was given the wrong code to access the key box. I guess there was a miscommunication among the staff. However, they were very helpful in resolving the issue, and I appreciate their prompt assistance.

Location, location, location! All shops and restaurants are nearby, 5 min. walk to Jelacic Square.

Towels were stinking, musty smell that would make you throw up. Ruined my experience.

The room itself was clean, neat, and cozy, and the location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring the city.

1. Late check-in: standard check-in time is 4:00 pm which is already very late, and I only received the room access code at 4:15 pm, which was after the official check-in time. I understand that the early check in is subject to availability, however, room should be ready at 4:00 pm sharp and not a minute after 2. The non-existing view - truly disappointing, you are literally staring at a wall which is 1m away from you, oh and yes, AC units too. I don’t think that all rooms are like that but this one is. If anyone gets a room ending with number 3, RUN 3. No shelf or holder for toiletries in the shower, which was inconvenient 4. Cooking smells from outside seemed to be pulled into the room through the AC, making the room smell of food at times. 5. Carpet needs cleaning
