Great location, all of city in walking distance

Very nice place, with well-furnished rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The location of the property is also very convenient for visiting the city on foot.

Having arrived by car on a Saturday, we were somewhat disappointed by the customer service at the closest private garage being closed that day. To purchase a daily indoor parking ticket, there’s no other option than to buy it in person at the desk, assuming the desk is open. We ended up having to find parking nearby, which wasn’t easy or quick either, as it’s a pedestrian zone, and many people park right next to it. Another not so pleasant aspect was communication: given that I am extremely flexible with those who work in the hospitality sector during the high season, I must unfortunately point out that I did not at all appreciate certain replies that were given to me via Whatsapp. Actually, the thing is that too many communication channels were used: the Booking.com chat, and two private messaging channels, one more general and the other specific to the rental property. The access code had been communicated to me via Booking.com chat at the time of booking (i.e., a month before our arrival), and since the last exchanges had taken place via WhatsApp, in the hustle and bustle of unloading luggage, I forgot about that Booking.com message and continued to contact customer service via WhatsApp to get the code for self-check-in. In addition to this, the general specifications on the website page stated that the check-in procedures require a meeting with someone on site, which made me even more confused.

Schönes Stadt-Apartment in zentraler Lage, so dass vieles (Restaurants, Cafes, Innenstadt, Shoppingcenter etc.) zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten zu Dritt ausreichend Platz. Ea war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief unkompliziert via Nachrichten und unsere Fragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet.

Wir waren mit dem Auto dort, einen Stellplatz gab es leider nicht und die Parkplatzsituation ist leider nicht so gut drum herum, man muss ein bisschen Glück haben, um einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Man kann das Auto auch in einm gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus abstellen, das ist allerdings sehr teuer für 24h. Wir hatten Glück und haben etwas weiter weg einen Parkplatz gefunden, der günstiger war.
