Very good location, clean and plenty of amenities

The apartment was in a good location, less than a ten minute walk from the Como Lago train station and around the corner from the duomo. Maybe a ten minute walk to the lakefront. Gelato shop right next door.

Getting the keys was frustrating, a ten minute walk from the apartment, fifteen minutes from the train station. At least 25 minutes roundtrip to get the keys. This made check in/check out much more challenging. This is NOT a one bedroom apartment, it is a studio. The listing misleads you to believe there is a bedroom with a double bed AND a sofa bed, however, there is just a sofa bed. There were random tissues and slippers left under the sofa bed. Also, there was a funky stench in the place, particularly coming from the sink. But it was very pungent and affected the entire space, smelled like something was rotting. WiFi connection was very poor, leading to various challenges when trying to make plans.
