How modern the rooms were, bathroom as well. Location is good for anyone having events at the 3 seasons. Price was reasonable although feel the area is quite expensive due to the golf close being an attraction for events.
No Aircon or fans is a stretch but they do offer on request. I did bring my own. It's a heatwave in the UK currently so it shouldn't normally be an issue

The staff were lovely and the food was nice. The rooms were pretty good and the shower's water pressure was good. The size was ok for a couple of nights. Lovely area.
The room we stayed in didn't have a window that opened in the bedroom. It meant the room got very hot and stuffy. The shower's power was really good but it was SO noisy.
