Staycations Maldon Suites

Quirky room with excellent facilities and great location

The whole apartment was absolutely stunning. It had a feel of luxury throughout, from the moment we stepped through the front door. The decor is well thought out, with excellent attention to detail and a beautiful flow going through. The bed was very comfortable and the copper bath was a lovely addition. A truly beautiful place to stay, on top of the high street so excellent access to everything we needed. Immaculately clean as well, and polite and helpful service throughout booking. We wouldn't change a thing and will be returning as soon as possible!

The property as a whole was very well looked after and decorated well, in keeping with the age/history of the building. Stunning rooms!

Originally booked the Henry Suite but the hot water ran out mid-way through running a bath, after a little time trying to contact the correct person, they swiftly resolved the issue by moving us to the D’Vere suite which essentially was an upgrade. Carole was very lovely and very apologetic, and resolved the issue very quickly. The only thing I’d say, was due to the size of the D’Vere suite and it only having one AC unit, it does get very hot - for a couple, I would deffo recommend the Henry Suite as it is more than big enough with enough space and it felt more comfortable and cosy, but it also has 2 AC units so it’s a lot cooler. Overall, both rooms were stunning and we will absolutely be returning for another stay
