Parking is a little difficult due to a very narrow access road.

Great location for an easy walk into the Old town of Hastings for breakfast and evenings meals. Parking included was great. Large rooms were really good.
The curtains were a little awkward to pull together, the slide rings kept getting stuck on some pole ridges. Personally, i do not like Fridges in hotel rooms, they can be noisy at night!

There is no breakfast option for this hotel, but apparently you can use their kitchen. We did not. There is an excellent view from room 2. Given considerate neighbours, it would be very quiet at night. Excellent shower. Easy and free parking. Close to the old town and Hastings Contemporary art gallery, but a 40-minute hike to La Bella Vista. It was hot enough to go for a swim, but wear something on your feet for the pebble beach.
We were unlucky to stay during a heatwave. It was so hot, we stayed only two of the three days we booked. Air-conditioning would have been a blessing. We had the bikers from hell staying above us for one night - got two hours sleep. There was minimal shelf space in the bathroom. There was no place to hang clothes in the room, but plenty of drawers. More hooks would have been nice. Definitely book restaurants in advance.

The views from the bedroom and location
The room was not an apartment it was a bedroom with a bathroom
There was a futon bed which was extremely hard and uncomfortable and a double bed there was little room to move about for a family and dogs
We were expecting a spacious apartment
