The Old Town Guest House

My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 days and have zero faults! The entire place was incredibly clean and the beds were SO comfortable. On top of that, Tracey was lovely! The breakfasts were all expertly made (I made my way through a couple of them) and the entire stay had a homely feel that didn’t feel overpowering. The room had amenities most hotels don’t provide, including Prime, Disney, Netflix and NowTV logged in on the tv. The venue is bang in the middle of old town and literally a stones throw from the beach. We’re already planning another trip and cannot thank Tracey enough for being such a wonderful host.

Tracey was a brilliant hostess: friendly, helpful and always cheery. The breakfasts were excellent and while the room was somewhat compact, it had everything you need, including a very comfy bed! Stairs were a challenge, especially to one who has dodgy knees! Also, parking is an issue, although there is a dropping off zone. In all, a lovely stay and would return when next in Hastings.

No free parking or parking allowed anywhere in old town, had to use pay parking a 10 min walk away, which we were not aware of when booking. Bedroom was small, ensuite decent. The included breakfast was excellent. Host was very good.

The old Town guest house is convenient to old town pubs, fish huts, a funicular & shops. The owners are very friendly and serve to order fresh breakfast from a list of options. Enjoyed my stay!
