Квартира, в якій є усе необхідне: пралка, кондиціонер, мікрохвильовка, капці, гель для душу. Дуже чисто! Постільна білизна, рушники - усе в хорошому стані. Зручно, що є балкон. Тихе місце, але зручне розташування.
Я розумію, що усі пропозиції в Ізмаїлі +/- виглядають однаково, але по міркам країни - ціна дуже завищена. Квартира відповідає фото, але матрас на ліжку - твердий, ліжко скрипить, підлога скрипить, посуд - враження, зібрали те, що шкода було викинути, скупатися важко, бо вода то гаряча,то холодна, і змінюється це по кілька разів за хвилину.

Квартира знаходиться в центрі міста. В помешканні чисто, є все необхідне. Орендодавець ввічливий та відповідальний, клієнторієнтований.
