Дуже зручне розташування. Близько магазин та дитячий майданчик (оцінять сім'ї з дітьми). В помешканні є все необхідне для проживання (навіть тривалого). Є місце для паркування авто.
Не працює замок в туалеті, а це не зручно, коли сім'я велика. Не працював пульт від кондиціонера
