Действительно свежий ремонт, если говорить об обоях. А так, мелочи, которые в совокупности просто выносят мозг. В итоге выехали раньше срока. Узнавая у менеджера детали о квартире, особое внимание обращала на ТИШИНУ. Было обещано, что место тихое. По факту в первую же ночь обнаружилось, что динамик воздушной тревоги стоит в 15 метрах от окна. О какой тишине идет речь? Нужно говорить ПРАВДУ, квартирантам за полную стоимость на 2 НЕДЕЛИ! Кто-то даже не заметит, люди разные. Но если раза 3 уточнили за тишину, то готовьтесь иметь негативные отзывы. Остальное видно на фото😶 Огрызок рулона туалетной бумаги, черные от грибка шторка в ванной и карниз, ржавая терка в кухне, больно падающее на ноги приспособление для глажки. Уважаемые владельцы, получающие доход от аренды. Потрудитесь потратить мизерную часть от этого дохода и привести квартиру в соответствие с заявленным комфортом.
