Beautifully decorated inside, so clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Right by the lake.
As it was winter bathroom was cold and had lots if condensation so a wall heater and better extractor fan would have helped. Probably wouldn't be pri lem in summer.

Lovely apartment on the lake, cozy, thoughtfully set up with everything you could need. The hot tub at sunset was heavenly!

The location is great. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood and Glendyr gave us access to the pool, BbQ and the hot tub, all of which we did not get to use because there are lots of things to do in Rotorua! The house is very clean and so are the sheets (no itchy feeling at all on the 7 nights we were there!).
Nothing! We couldn’t complain about anything and will definitely go back.
